FEES & INSURANCE
We believe you should know what care costs before you commit. Here’s everything you need to know about our fees and the insurance we accept.
We are working with the following payers to join their networks. The process can take some time, so please keep an eye on this page, or contact us for the most up-to-date information.
We verify benefits before your first appointment. If your insurance isn’t listed, contact us — coverage changes frequently.

Out-of-network benefits may allow partial reimbursement. We can provide a superbill upon request.
Please check back often for insurance updates!
All fees are due at time of service. We accept major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
Self-pay rates apply to those without insurance coverage, as well as those whose insurer does not yet have a contract with BeeWell or whose plan includes out-of-network reimbursement benefits. Payment is due at the conclusion of each visit.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
Reach out before your first appointment — we’ll verify your benefits and walk you through your options.
