FEES & INSURANCE

Transparent pricing. No surprises.

We believe you should know what care costs before you commit. Here’s everything you need to know about our fees and the insurance we accept.

Insurance we accept

Beyond the below list, we are working with additional insurers to join their networks. The process can take some time, so if you would like to know more about a specific insurance plan, please feel free to contact us.  You can also keep an eye on this page for the most up-to-date information.

We verify benefits before your first appointment. If your insurance isn’t listed, contact us — coverage changes frequently.
