Our Services
Comprehensive psychiatric services designed around evidence-based care and your individual goals. From first evaluation to ongoing treatment, every service is built around you.
An extended 90-minute evaluation for complex presentations, prior diagnostic uncertainty, or patients transitioning from another provider.
The comprehensive psychiatric assessment is an extended 90-minute evaluation intended for patients with complex clinical presentations, co-occurring conditions, or prior diagnostic uncertainty who benefit from a more thorough initial workup.
This appointment allows your provider additional time for detailed history-taking, review of prior records, structured assessment instruments when clinically indicated, and a more extended discussion of findings and treatment planning.
The comprehensive assessment is often recommended for patients presenting with multiple conditions, those who have had multiple treatment trials, or those transitioning from another provider with a complex history.
A thorough 60-minute first appointment covering your history, current symptoms, and goals, resulting in a collaborative treatment plan.
The initial psychiatric evaluation is the foundation of your care at our practice. This comprehensive 60-minute appointment is designed to give your provider a thorough understanding of your mental health history, current symptoms, previous treatments, medical background, and personal goals.
During this visit, your provider will conduct a structured clinical interview covering your primary concerns, psychiatric and medical history, medications, family history, and relevant life circumstances. You will have ample time to share what you're experiencing in your own words.
At the end of the evaluation, your provider will share their clinical impressions, discuss a preliminary diagnosis if appropriate, and work with you to develop an initial treatment plan. This may include medication recommendations, referrals for therapy, or scheduling for follow-up care.
A focused 30-minute check-in for established patients to review medication effectiveness, side effects, and refills.
Medication management follow-up appointments are designed for established patients who are stable on a treatment regimen and require ongoing monitoring, prescription renewal, and clinical check-ins. These 30-minute appointments focus on how you're responding to current medications, any side effects you're experiencing, and whether adjustments are needed.
Your provider will review your current symptoms, assess medication effectiveness, and address any concerns you have about your treatment. Refills and any necessary laboratory orders will be managed during this visit.
Regular follow-up is essential to maintaining stability and catching early signs of change before they become crises. We recommend follow-up frequency based on your individual clinical needs.
Secure, HIPAA-compliant video appointments for medication management and follow-up care from the comfort of your home.
Telehealth visits provide the same high-quality psychiatric care as in-person appointments, delivered through a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform. Telehealth appointments are available for medication management follow-up, brief check-ins, and most standard psychiatric services.
To participate in a telehealth visit, you will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, and a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking openly. Your provider will send a secure link prior to the appointment.
Telehealth services are available to residents of the states in which our providers hold licensure. Please confirm your state of residence at scheduling. Certain clinical situations may require an in-person visit — your provider will advise you if this applies to your care.
A 45-minute coordination appointment to align your medication management with your ongoing therapy work.
The therapy integration consultation is a 45-minute appointment designed to coordinate your psychiatric medication management with ongoing therapy. This appointment is particularly valuable for patients who are seeing both a therapist and a prescribing provider and want to ensure their care is aligned.
Your provider will discuss your current therapy modality, treatment goals, and how your medication plan supports the work you are doing with your therapist. This is also an appropriate appointment for patients considering beginning therapy who want guidance on how medication and therapy can work together effectively.
Good psychiatric care is rarely just about medications. This service reflects our commitment to integrated, whole-person treatment.
