Psychiatric Follow-Up

A follow-up appointment for medication refills, ongoing evaluation for complex presentations and structured brief therapeutic interventions.

30-40 minute$200

Medication management follow-up appointments are designed for established patients who are stable on a treatment regimen and require ongoing monitoring, prescription renewal, and clinical check-ins. These appointments focus on how you're responding to current medications, any side effects you're experiencing, and whether adjustments are needed.

Your provider will review your current symptoms, assess medication effectiveness, and address any concerns you have about your treatment. Refills and any necessary laboratory orders will be managed during this visit.

Regular follow-up is essential to maintaining stability and catching early signs of change before they become crises. We recommend follow-up frequency based on your individual clinical needs.

Therapy Integration Follow-Up

A 60-minute collaborative psychiatric follow-up appointment that allows your therapist to join virtually or in person to support coordinated, whole-person care.

60 minutes$300

The Therapy Integration Follow-Up is a 60-minute psychiatric follow-up appointment designed to support collaboration between your prescribing provider, your therapist, and you. This appointment may be scheduled when it would be helpful for your therapist to participate virtually or in person during your psychiatric follow-up visit.

During this appointment, your provider will review your current symptoms, treatment goals, therapy work, and medication plan to help ensure that your care is aligned and supportive. Your therapist may provide helpful clinical context, share treatment themes or goals, and participate in collaborative planning when appropriate and with your consent.

This service is especially valuable for patients who are actively engaged in therapy and want their medication management to better support the work they are doing outside of appointments. It may also be helpful for patients beginning therapy or transitioning between levels of care.

Good psychiatric care is rarely just about medication. This appointment reflects BeeWell’s commitment to compassionate, collaborative, whole-person treatment that helps patients feel supported by the full care team.
