Sign in to the patient portal →Cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice and there will be no charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, are subject to a $100 fee. This fee may be waived for extenuating circumstances at the provider’s discretion.
